By now, the Contractor for construction of Sections 7 & 8 of M-11 Highway, an Italian and Turkish company - ICA JSC, has repaired about 44 000 m2 of regional roads in Leningrad region used in implementation of the Project. Pogi-Novolisino and Pavlovo-Mga-Ljuban-Oredezh-Luga roads were repaired. By the end of 2016, about 3300 m2 sections of Apraksin Bor-Trubnikov Bor, approach to Fyodorovskoe Village, Approach No. 8073 roads are planned to be repaired.
Wear and scopes of repair works of regional roads were defined by a work group consisted of representatives of “Russian Highways” State Company, “Two Capitals Highway” State Company, ICA company, the Road Committee of Leningrad Region, GKU Lenavtodor.
The repair of the regional roads is arranged within the agreement executed between the Grantor of the Project, “Russian Highways” State Company, the Concessionaire, “Two Capitals Highway” LLC, the Contractor, ICA company, the Road Committee of Leningrad Region, GKU Lenavtodor.
Following the agreement, the Contractor of Sections 7 & 8 of M-11 Highway construction undertakes to monitor technical condition of public roads used for construction of Sections 7 & 8 of M-11 and to maintain them in standard condition during the period of Construction. The total length of Leningrad Region roads involved in the construction works is 106 km.
Activity on maintaining the regional roads used for construction of Section 7 & 8 of M-11 Highway in standard condition will continue up to putting the Facility into Operation.
