Weekend tariffs have been introduced for M-11 Highway’s users

Since November 1st, new tariffs have been introduced for M-11 toll highway users. Prices depend on the day of the week and availability of a transponder. The toll for light vehicles passing in the daytime will amount to RUB 1.820 without a transponder, while at weekend the passage will cost 2,020 rubles without a transponder.

Tariff scale differentiation depending on the day of the week will only relate to the 1st vehicle category, namely light vehicles, and motorcycles. The weekday tariff is applied on business days, i.e. from Monday till Thursday (inclusive). The weekend tariff applies on Fridays, weekends, public holidays and the business days preceding public holidays.

Besides, the time of passage makes a difference. The nighttime tariff is applied from 01:00:00 through 05:59:59, the daytime tariff is applied till 00:59:59 of the next day. Thus, when passage takes place on Friday, from 00:00:00 through 00:59:59, the Thursday tariff will apply, i.e. the cost of passage is calculated according to the workday tariff. The time of transaction is the time of leaving a toll section.

Information on new tariffs is available at website of “Russian Highways” State Company.

New tariffs are not applied at the main section of M-11 Highway from Moscow to Sheremetyevo Airport (15 - 58 km), where the tariffs are established by the concessionaire. The changes will not apply yet to passage along new Sections 7 & 8. Section 7, which was opened at the beginning of September, starts at the intersection of M-11 Highway and the M-10 Rossiya Federal Public Highway nearby Myasnoy Bor Village, and ends not far from Tosno. The ultimate Section 8, which goes from A-120 Highway intersection to the St. Petersburg Ring Road, will probably be opened at the end of current November.
