The traffic will be temporary limited on the section of Kolpinskoe Highway in Shushary Settlement, from Moskovskoe Highway to Turovskaya Street. The bypass is functioning at the section.
"Two Capitals Highway" LLC, the Concessionaire of the Project on construction and toll operation of Sections 7 & 8 of Moscow – St. Petersburg M-11 Highway (km 543 – km 684) informs that the traffic will be temporary closed on section of Kolpinskoe Highway in Shushary settlement stretching from Moskovskoe Highway to Turovskaya str., including the intersection with Severskaya str. Temporary bypass is active on this section.
The traffic on the Highway section will be redirected to the temporary bypass due to works on construction of Kolpinsky overpass over Moscow – St. Petersburg Highway (M-11). The temporary bypass road arranged for the period of construction works’ execution has a junction to Kolpinskoe Highway and continuation of Severskaya str.
Route vehicles’ stops which were located between Severskaya and Turovskaya streets are relocated to the temporary bypass and are located on the intersection with continuation of Severskaya street.
The traffic on the indicated section will be closed till April 12, 2018.
Take note that construction works of Sections 7 & 8 of M-11 Highway are being executed since the 2nd quarter of 2015 till the 2nd quarter of 2018. At the moment, topsoil stripping, weak soil replacement, embankment filling and base course filling, culverts installation, construction of foundations for bridges and overpasses are ongoing. 45 (out of 62) engineering structures are under construction. Works on construction of piers for bridge structures have been completed in amount of 12 000 m3 of concrete. Works on arrangement of asphalt concrete base course are being executed at certain sections of the Highway – for the moment, they are completed in an amount of 700 000 m2.
137.6 km long Sections 7 & 8 of M-11 Highway start from the Ring Road of Saint Petersburg then passing through the territories of Moskovsky and Pushkinsky Districts of Saint Petersburg, through Tosnensky District of Leningrad Region, as well as through Novgorodsky and Chudovsky Districts of Novgorod Region.
