A transponder is a built-in on-board device that allows you to continuously drive through toll plazas on specially designated lanes and make payments automatically. Any transponder serviced in Russia can be used on M11 Highway: T-Pass, М-11: 15–58, WHSD, and Main Road. You can buy a transponder for all toll roads from any operator, while the interoperability service (means using on all toll roads) is connected to them absolutely free of charge.
Transponders can be ordered and topped up on the websites of their operators, listed below. The T-pass transponder can also be purchased at Toll Plazas at km 681, 650, and 546. The WHSD Transponder can be purchased, among other things, at the WHSD toll plazas.
