The Tosno toll plaza opened on 03 September, straight at 6 p.m. For the first six hours of operation, it saw a total of 646 entering vehicles and 817 exiting vehicles. These mainly included passenger cars. Over a half of drivers paid for their passage by transponder.
The first users to pass the M11 Highway from Tosno to Myasnoy Bor got free T-Pass transponders and souvenir mugs.
